Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your Team Portal. From there, you can put together your player roster, invite your teammates to the portal, and sign your waivers. * Please note: all players must sign their waivers in order to play at HOPE Volleyball SummerFest.

2. Choose Your Division
Do you live, eat, and breathe volleyball? Come compete to be the top dog on the beach! Brand new to your first fist bump? A day of fun and party vibes awaits! Whatever your skill set, there’s a league for everyone… and bragging rights to boot.
Over 700 teams of 6 to 10 players. Minimum 5 games each. Access to all entertainment. And EVEN. MORE. PRIZES. Join in on the biggest bash of the summer with 7,000 of your closest friends, July 11th and 12th, 2025!
Recreational Division - $500
It’s all about the fun… no experience needed!

Your team registration gets you:
- Maximum of five games (depending on number of teams registered);
- Delicious lunch for every player;
- Access to both Licensed areas: the H.O.P.E. Main Bar for live music and the HOT Lounge for DJs;
- Access to on-site activities;
- Chance to win one of five recreational team registrations for next year’s tournament (all court champions are eligible for this draw);
- Kickoff Party and Kit Pick Up on Friday evening at Mooney's Bay Beach in the HOT Lounge from 5:30pm to 8:30pm for all divisions.
- Please note: parking on Friday evening is free after 6pm, but spaces are limited. Please use Uber or take OC Transpo.
- Parking on Saturday is not available at all; please use Uber or use OC Transpo.
Self-refereeing
Self-refereeing will be in effect for the Recreational Division. Further details and instructions will be included for Team Captains in their team kits.
Note: Spiking is allowed in the Competitive Division only, not in the Recreational Division.
Competitive Division - $525
For more experienced players who like to spike… and a trophy to display on your mantle!

- Guaranteed central beach sand court location;
- Maximum of five games (depending on number of teams registered);
- Delicious lunch for every player;
- Access to both licensed areas: the H.O.P.E. Main Bar for live music and the HOT Lounge for DJs;
- Access to on-site activities;
- Chance to win divisional prizes;
- Kickoff Party and Kit Pick Up on Friday evening at Mooney's Bay Beach in the HOT Lounge from 5:30pm to 8:30pm for all divisions.

- Access to the Corporate Division area with VIP only washrooms, VIP only bars, and team seating;
- Games played with a score keeper on each court when available;
- Central beach sand court location for volleyball play;
- Maximum of five games (depending on number of teams registered);
- Access to both licensed areas: the H.O.P.E. Main Bar for live music and the HOT Lounge for DJs;
- VIP BBQ lunch and snack;
- Access to on-site activities;
- Recognition on H.O.P.E.-created event signage, and in our Event Guide (contingent on print deadlines);
- Kickoff Party and Kit Pick Up on Friday evening at Mooney's Bay Beach in the HOT Lounge from 5:30pm to 8:30pm for all divisions.

For Competitive Teams that want VIP perks, or Corporate Teams that want Competitive play!
