Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your Team Portal. From there, you can put together your player roster, invite your teammates to the portal, and sign your waivers. * Please note: all players must sign their waivers in order to play at HOPE Volleyball SummerFest.

2. Choose Your Division
Do you live, eat, and breathe volleyball? Come compete to be the top dog on the beach! Brand new to your first fist bump? A day of fun and party vibes awaits! Whatever your skill set, there’s a league for everyone… and bragging rights to boot.
Over 700 teams of 6 to 10 players. Minimum 5 games each. Access to all entertainment. And EVEN. MORE. PRIZES. Join in on the biggest bash of the summer with 7,000 of your closest friends, July 11th and 12th, 2025!
Recreational Division - $600
It’s all about the fun… no experience needed!

Your team registration gets you:
- Maximum of five games (depending on number of teams registered);
- Lunch for every player;
- Access to both Licensed areas: the HOPE Main Bar for live music and the HOT Lounge for DJs;
- Access to on-site activities;
- The chance to win one of five FREE recreational team registrations for the next year’s tournament (must be a court champion);
- Kit Pick Up and Pre-Party on Friday evening in the HOT Lounge
Self-refereeing
Self-refereeing will be in effect for the Recreational Division. Full details and instructions on how this works will be included in your Team Kit.
Note: Spiking is not permitted in the Recreational Division. We’re here just for the fun of it!
Competitive Division - $650
For more experienced players who like to spike… and a trophy to display on your mantle!

- Games played with a Scorekeeper on each court (when available);
- Guaranteed central beach sand court location;
- Minimum of five games, and a chance to compete in the playoffs;
- Delicious lunch for every player;
- Access to both licensed areas: the HOPE Main Bar for live music and the HOT Lounge for DJs;
- Access to on-site activities;
- The chance to win bigger, better-than-ever divisional prizes;
- Kit Pick Up and Pre-Party on Friday evening in the HOT Lounge
Note: Spiking is permitted in the Competitive Division – so if you’re itching for a little more competition, this is the division for you!
Corporate Division - $1,600
Recreational play with exclusive VIP perks and status as a “Friend of HOPE.” Take those boardroom meetings to the beach!

- Access to the Corporate Division VIP area with VIP washrooms, a VIP bar, and team seating;
- A VIP fast-lane in the Main Bar and HOT Lounge;

- Central beach sand court location for volleyball play;
- Minimum of five games, and a chance to compete in the playoffs;
- Access to both licensed areas: the HOPE Main Bar for live music and the HOT Lounge for DJs;
- VIP BBQ lunch and snack;
- Access to on-site activities;
- Recognition on HOPE event signage and in our Event Guide (contingent on print deadlines);
