We’re just as excited as you to spend the day on the beach at HOPE Volleyball SummerFest! Whether you’re playing in our tournament for the first time, or you need a quick refresher, here’s a quick snapshot of what the weekend looks like…
FRIDAY, JULY 11th: KIT PICK-UP AND PRE-PARTY
5:00 PM
The HOT Lounge is open at Mooney’s Bay Beach!
Anyone on your team can pick up your Team Kit (filed by your Team Captain’s last name); the person picking up the kit will need to sign for it. *Note: H.O.P.E. will not release Team Kits until all waivers are signed by your teammates.
Once you’ve collected your kit, it’s time to get the party started early!
The bar is open, the tunes are spinning, and the beach is yours to familiarize yourself with. Call it a little calm before the competition... or the best way to get your team AMPED UP and ready to play!
UNTIL 9:00 PM
The New HOT 89.9 will be providing the tunes
Rally your team with a few friendly rounds of Volley Pong, or kick back and enjoy the calm before Game Day! Plus, we'll be selling Catch the Ace lottery tickets for those who are feeling lucky!
SAtuRDAY, JULY 12TH: GAME DAY AND CONCERT
7:00 am
Bright and early, Mooney’s Bay Beach is open! Recreational and Competitive Teams can start making their way to the beach to find that perfect spot to set up for the day. Corporate Teams can head to the VIP tent for some extra perks – so don’t forget to wear your VIP wristbands!
8:00 am
Games in the Competitive division begin.
9:00 am
Games in the Recreational and Corporate divisions begin.
10:30am
The bars and concert area open their gates! You’ll need to make sure you’re wearing your wristbands to enter these areas. There are three bars around the HOPE Volleyball SummerFest grounds: the HOT Lounge, the Main Bar, and the VIP Lounge (the VIP Lounge is open to Corporate players, Competitive Plus players, and VIP wristband holders only).
11:00 am
Lunch begins, thanks to Grill Master Express! Teams will have all received a lunch menu to fill out and bring to the Team Lunch tent. There are three different team lunch hour slots, so be sure to take note of the timing on your team’s voucher.
12:00 pm
Bands begin performing in the Main Bar, so head on over to the gates (if you haven’t already) to start rocking out with us! Team lunch hour #2 also begins at noon.
1:00 PM
The third and final team lunch hour.
4:00 PM
Playoffs for the Competitive and Corporate divisions begin! Recreational teams will also be finishing up gameplay around this time, leaving plenty of time to continue enjoying the concerts, the bars, and our Vendor Village!
5:30 PM
The Main Bar concert headliner steps into the spotlight!
6:00 PM
Playoffs finish up, and the HOT Lounge closes – but we’re keeping the party going over at the Main Bar!
7:00 PM

All spectators are welcome! entry to the park is free of charge.
