If you know us, you know how much we love a good rock show (and if you don’t… well, we love a good rock show).
HOPE RockFest is all about amplifying independent music. We set the stage, then turn it over to the best talent in the local music scene. Food and drinks, songs to sing, even an audience vote for which local act you want to see perform at Lone Star HOPE Volleyball SummerFest the following year!
DO YOU PERFORM?
We’re currently searching for electrifying up-and-coming artists from Ottawa, Eastern Ontario and the Outaouais to play our 3rd Annual HOPE RockFest, now at the Lone Star Loft!
All proceeds from this event go to support H.O.P.E. and our mission, so we can continue to support and give back to our incredible community!
What you need to know
Application deadline is June 22nd, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
Three (3) selected showcase artists will:
Play a 30-minute set
Receive a $100 honorarium per band member to a maximum total of $500
Have an opportunity to pose for and receive a band portrait
One artist from the night will be selected to play at a live event presented by H.O.P.E.
Please note: Artists who performed at HOPE RockFest in 2024 and 2025 are not eligible to apply in 2026.

Headlined by Dear Rouge, with local acts Sharlee, Erin Maiden, and The New Hires.
The showcase winner was The New Hires, who take the stage at Lone Star HOPE Volleyball SummerFest on July 11th, 2026!
