Every team, no matter which division, is going to get a team kit that contains everything you need on July 11. Veterans of the event know how this goes, but for the fresh faces, here’s a little extra information about kit pickup.
This year is a little different than the past! Kit Pickup Day is the Tuesday before the festival, July 7, 2026 from 5pm to 8pm. To make things more fun for you, our title sponsor Lone Star Texas Grill will be hosting us in the Lone Star Loft, so feel free to bring the whole team and come hungry!
Your Team Kit will include everything you need on event day: wristbands, concert tickets, lunch order forms, event guides, garbage and recycling bags… plus a few surprise treats from our sponsors. Corporate and Competitive Plus team kits will also include a VIP parking pass, so it's important to come collect it early!
One of the most important things to remember is getting each and every member of your team to sign their waivers! To ensure this, we won’t be releasing the kit on pickup day if we don’t have all the waivers signed – but don’t worry, it’s not hard to do. The Captain just has to activate the team portal and add the players, and the waiver is built right in to the player portal account creation.
