Okay teams, it’s almost go-time! Lone Star HOPE Volleyball SummerFest 2026 is almost here!
To make things smooth and safe on event day, we require that each member of each team submits the waiver provided on the registration portal. This is the link your team captain was provided by email when they first signed up and paid for the team.
To the captains: if you haven’t yet activated your Team Portal, do that right now! Then make sure you’ve added all your team members to the roster, and double-check their email addresses so the invitations will be sent out correctly. Make sure to select the “Send Invite” option to the left of the player names on the roster, and remind them to check their junk mail folder if they don’t see it!
Once you’re on the roster, the system will send you an email to log into the portal and your waiver will be available there. Sending the approved waiver in is mandatory for every player with no exceptions – if one person is missing, you won’t be able to pick up your team kit, and without your team kit, you won’t be able to play. We want every team to have the best day possible on July 11, so please double-check with your captain that all your (digital) paperwork is submitted!
