Our 3rd annual HOPE RockFest was INCREDIBLE!
On Saturday, October 3rd, four incredibly talented artists took the stage at the Lone Star Loft to rock the night away as part of Capital Music Week - all in support of HOPE! Last Stop, Futura Free, A Rose for Ann, and CxMW showcase artist Amanda Keeley each brought their own style, vibe, and original songs to a truly unforgettable show.
We couldn't have asked for a better night, and want to give a massive thank you to The Lone Star Loft, Capital Music Week, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa, SAIRYO, and LiVE 88.5 for helping us make it all possible.
Part of HOPE RockFest is the audience-vote component of the night. The HOPE RockFest committee scores the three bands on their performance, and the fan-vote has a major influence on which band will be selected to play at Lone Star HOPE Volleyball SummerFest the following year.
We're thrilled to announce that electronic-rock duo LAST STOP has been selected to play on the HOPE stage next summer!
Last Stop also won a showcase performance at one of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa's venues between now and SummerFest, which they'll be announcing once they've got it all planned.
A special shoutout to Sophia, who won the door prize courtesy of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino as well!
