Let's keep this short and sweet... YES, we're extending our 2027 Charity Application deadline! You now have until Monday, October 5th, 2026 at 5pm to apply for funding from our Lone Star HOPE Volleyball SummerFest 2027 event.
A quick reminder of what you'll need:
First, head on over to the Charities page to download the application. You'll need to fill out all details in all sections, including who you are, your charity's mission statement, and the project you're seeking the funding for. You'll also need to supply us with backing financial / budgeting reports, and any other important information. Don't forget - you need a Registered Charity Number in order to apply!
Once everything is ready, please email your application to BOTH info@hopeottawa.com and lisa.hollingshead@hopeottawa.com.
Our Board of Directors and Membership will be voting on all eligible charities next month, and 4 Charities will be selected via this democratic process. If successful, you will be contacted by the HOPE Office!
