It’s that time of year again…
Our charity applications for HOPE Volleyball SummerFest 2026 are now open!
Let’s talk HOPE. For us, that means Helping Other People Everywhere – that’s why it’s our name! We wear our volunteer spirit like a badge of honour, and we’ve made it our mission to combine raising funds for local charities with having SO. MUCH. FUN. We believe in teamwork, in gratitude, and inclusivity. And perhaps most of all, we value the incredible organizations in our community that put in the hard work, each and every day, to make a positive difference in the world.
That’s why we created HOPE Volleyball SummerFest oh so many moons ago (think: 1982). Every dollar we raise through putting on the World’s Largest Single-Day Beach Volleyball Tournament - complete with a killer concert - is given back to our recipient charities each year in November following the event in July. It’s a big undertaking, but so worth it.
So how do you apply?
If your organization is driven by the passion to create positive change, we invite you to apply to be a part of HOPE Volleyball SummerFest 2026! It's more than just being a recipient of funds – it's an opportunity to showcase your cause to a vibrant and diverse community that cares. Together, we can amplify your impact and make a real difference in the lives of those in need.
Simply fill out the Charity Funding Application form here or on our Charities page, then send it our way to both info@hopeottawa.com and laura@hopehelps.com. Applications will first be vetted for eligibility, then voted on by the HOPE Board of Directors and Membership.
Application Deadline: Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 at 4:00pm.
