Last night was our annual Celebration of H.O.P.E., an event where we present the funds raised from HOPE Volleyball SummerFest in July to our recipient charities. It’s always a special night, where we get to hear about the impact the funds will make on these incredible organizations, and see all of the hard work of our charities, volunteers, planning team, sponsors and suppliers pay off.
At the Celebration of H.O.P.E., we also announce our oncoming charities for the following year’s SummerFest event!

Ottawa Humane Society
The Ottawa Humane Society is dedicated to ensuring the humane treatment of animals and reducing animal suffering. We strive to provide shelter, medical care, and adoption services for animals in need, while promoting public education and fostering empathy, respect, and kindness toward animals. Our mission is to lead Ottawa in building a humane and compassionate community for all animals.
Centre for Treatment for Sexual Abuse and Childhood Trauma (CTSACT)
CTSACT is a community-based, incorporated, registered charity which provides specialized and accessible psychotherapy and counselling; offers professional training and education; and promotes public awareness in the areas of trauma and recovery.
