Event Parking & Transit
Leave your car & arrive in style! The HOPE Shuttle to get you safely to the beach!
We want you at our party on Saturday, July 14th safe & sound, and this year we have our own HOPE Shuttle to get you to our site & back! The HOPE Shuttle leaves from Carleton University (where you can park your car) Lot #7 and #9 starting at 7:30-10:30 AM & leave every 30 minutes. From 10:30AM – 4:00PM they leave every 40 minutes and then from 4:00PM till 8:00PM, every 30 minutes. Look for the cool looking school buses that say HOPE! Helping you & your teammates as we have been Helping Other People Everywhere for 36 years!
Parking will not be available at Mooney’s Bay Beach or on Riverside Drive on the day of the tournament. Cars parked illegally in the surrounding areas will be ticketed and/or towed, including vehicles parked on the inner boulevard of Riverside Drive and the side streets around the community.
A limited number of parking spaces (approximately 250) will be available at The Marina parking lot across from the Hogsback parking lot(south side).
We suggest using one of our other FREE lots listed and hop on the new HOPE Shuttle for a simple, easy way to get to the beach!
A supervised bike compound will be located near the Gate 1 entrance off Hog’s Back north end of the beach for a fee of $2.00 per bike or $5.00 per family. All proceeds from bicycle and vehicle parking support HOPE Charities.
Be responsible! Please don’t drink and drive
For people with disabilities, drop-off is available through the main parking lot at Mooney’s Bay. Security will direct vehicles to the drop-off area. Accessible parking will be available at both Carleton University and Canada Post. From Carleton University, take an accessible HOPE Shuttle bus to the beach, or park at Canada Post and take yourself the rest of the 1.1 km to the beach.
